Supports the Walgreens Advertising Group team to scale and grow the Account Management function. Responsible for partnering with the sales team to help clients in achieving their advertising goals. Collaborates with functional teams to execute responsibilities which align with department strategies and evaluate various digital media business operation processes.
Drives efficiency in Walgreens Advertising Group’s process and align with Revenue organization’s objectives.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders across the Wag organization on priorities: Planning, Sales, Solution Insights, etc.
Responsible for standard accounts and implements vertical strategy sales processes.
Support department’s best practices and shared learnings. Provides input and feedback to improve vertical strategy sales processes.
Develops and delivers customized presentations and provides account specific reports including account and campaign-level information which may include trends, competition, new product recommendations, pricing, etc.
Partners with respective Sellers to create cohesive working cadence between teams and clients
Bachelor’s Degree at least 2 years of experience managing client accounts and relationships OR High School/ GED and at least 4 years of experience managing client accounts and relationships
At least 2 years of digital media experience
Experience interpreting advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience developing and implementing media planning and strategy playbooks by industry to create ongoing shared learnings and best practices.
Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, or business administration
At least 4 years of experience in managing clients and relationships.
