Job Summary

The Supplier Insights and Audience Team (SIAS) under Walgreens Advertising Group oversees the
availability, development, commercialization, and thought leadership of analysis/insights around 1st
party data. The Analyst, SIAS, supports operational activities that have a significant impact on the overall
business – including but not limited to sales, revenue, analytics, insights, research, media activation, and
measurement. Through this role, you will partner with your team to deliver growth for external clients
and the overall business.

Job Responsibilities
• Supports the integration and application of 1P data through consultative services to both internal and
external partners
• Supports operational activities that have a significant impact on the overall business including but not limited to sales, revenue, analytics, insights, research, media activation, and measurement
• Delivers exceptional client service: Strengthen internal and external partnerships through deep
expertise in business performance, analytics and insights capabilities, and media activation providing
solutions to challenges and opportunities for growth
• Supports commercialization efforts of current capabilities and offering
• Delivers effective execution of core/custom insights including retrieving accurate data and summarize
insights
• Provides reactive and meaningful support of current capabilities through active feedback
• Provides consistent supplier support of WAG media including strategic audience recommendations,
optimization help, and campaign execution.
• Builds relationships with WAG team members and support efficient, effective ways of workings in
day-to-day interactions and campaign execution
• Participates in team engagement-related activates

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma / GED and at least 3 years of experience in promotions, marketing, retail, analytics, pricing, consumer packaged goods, insights, vendor collaboration, consumer research, inventory, category management and/or business analysis.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience with analysis/insights using 1st party data
  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization
