Consults on planning, production and delivery of corporate messages and content for meetings, events and initiatives through various media (e.g., video, photography, computer graphics and animation, web- based content delivery). Supports and manages graphic development for video/still/web design and production. Consults on creative content contribution for departments, divisions, and levels of management, and necessary internal needs, in areas such as logistics, media, set-up, execution of the meeting plan and follow-up. Assists with graphic design production for Executive-level communication.
Meeting Contribution: Runs audio/visual contribution of departmental meetings, to include consultation and guidance on logistics, layout, sound, and other production elements, and interaction with other key event partners. Also, provides management of campus conference spaces and other meeting rooms with screens, projectors, audio and video equipment.
Production Contribution: Advises and consults all divisions and levels of management on the effective use of media to deliver specific content and messages. Produces video and audio projects, including incorporation of ideas and comments of others, filming, recording sound and other key needed areas. Attends pre-production meeting with Executives; offers creative input on projects. Creates production and creative services concepts, liaises with execs and colleagues, plans production, and final editing of media content.
Corporate Contribution: Handles requests directly with clients and manages budgets and deadlines based on the needs of the clients. Addresses planned and ad hoc requests from within the company and provides assistance and solutions that meet the needs of the client.
PowerPoint Production: Produces PowerPoint decks that provide vehicle for company communication; conceptualizing message, and creating a presentation to communicate with current information and media.
Ongoing Group Contribution: Contributes to Creative Content and Development group (e.g., producers, events) in areas that include transportation, set-up, and packing of gear.
Equipment Room Contribution: Manages business partner requests for equipment needs, and both manage and improve process for schedule of equipment check-in and checkout.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media/Electronic Production, Television, and/or Digital Media OR High School / GED and at least 3 years of experience in media production, distribution, and staging to include producing, casting, directing, shooting, and post production (Avid).
Experience using MS Word and PowerPoint
Willing to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Media/Electronic Production, Television, and/or Digital Media and at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, video production or post-production.
Experience providing solutions to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and customer satisfaction.
Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team and with other teams.
Experience producing in various mediums such as video, print and web.
Experience analyzing, formatting, and reporting of data in order to identify, simplify, and communicate issues, trends, and/or exceptions to drive improved results.
Experience with Adobe’s suite of products, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere. HTML, Flash, and Pro Tools are a plus.
