Job Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Content and Training will be a key member of the Clinical Quality team under the Chief Clinical Officer organization. The individual in this role will lead the creation and curation of clinical content for various audiences including patients, providers and internal team members. They will be responsible for assisting in the design of standardized playbooks to ensure consistency in care delivery across H3’s clinical programs and geographies. This position will also play a critical role in developing onboarding training for new clinical hires to the H3 team. This role can be based at 433 Van Buren Street, Chicago, or as a remote work-from-home arrangement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of content for various audiences including patient, providers and team members
• Design curriculum to effectively train and onboard new team members to ensure consistency in our care delivery models.
• Develop materials that can be delivered through various channels (live in-person, remote virtual, coaching, self-paced, interactive sessions etc)
• Work across the H3 organzaition to ensure content and training materials reflect the needs of the organization
• Work with marketing and PMO to design standardized playbooks for clinical services
• Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure content and training reflects company and professional standards
• Follow H3 policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training and meetings.
• Incorporates current evidence-based guidelines of practice in all content and training

Basic Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing or a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from an accredited educational institution; currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing Examiners, in the current state(s) of practice
  • Valid accreditation from the AANP, ANCC, or equivalent certification program/credentials as an ANP or FNP
  • At least 3 years of clinical practice experience
  • Experience designing clinical content and/or training materials
  • Comfortable with digital technologies such as website forms, mobile applications, PC/tablet systems, and in-store systems and connected healthcare devices
  • Knowledge of clinical programs, especially those relevant to practicing in risk based model including STARs, CDI, Model of care, Population health programs
  • Willing to travel up to/at least 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) Certificate preferred.
  • Experience leading clinical training programs

The following information is applicable to Colorado only, in accordance with the Colorado Pay Equity Act. In Colorado, an employee in this position can expect a salary/hourly rate between $85,410.00 and $151,600.00 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan, if applicable will depend on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
