Provides data management and reporting services for Fleet Optimization program. Maintains data integration and daily operations for Fleet Optimization dashboards / reports. Provides custom reporting and manages routine analytics requests in accordance with established service level agreements. Partners with business units to optimize financials and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports daily operations of the reporting and business intelligence (BI) platform. Ensure high standards of data delivery and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with business owners to build new functions / widgets on existing dashboards. Provide ad-hoc data extraction services and build reports for team members.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in all phases of the dashboard lifecycle with a focus on consultation with respect to how data is used to make decisions. Participate in a highly collaborative Agile environment.
- Develop analytical insights that drive process improvement in the StoreCare, EnergyCare, and Property departments. Apply insights and testing in partnership with business users.
- Utilizes technical requirements for data solutions, including writing SQL and stored procedures for moving, integrating, and cleansing data.
- Maintain interfaces and data feeds with internal & external business applications. Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) on data used by StoreCare, EnergyCare, and Property teams with oversight.
- Maintain and enhance data platforms including data warehouses, analytic products, data lakes, ETL, ML models, or data pipelines with oversight.
- Develop and maintains relationships with Walgreens IT and external partners to ensure smooth operations of the analytics platform.
- Create functional and technical documentation related to Business Intelligence solutions.
- Deliver high-quality written, verbal, and/or visual communication to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 years of experience in data analytics / Business Intelligence OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in data analytics / Business Intelligence.
- Expert in database technologies with advanced understanding of SQL.
- Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines in production settings with structured and unstructured data.
- Experience in Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboarding applications.
- Experience with cloud-based, big data technologies.
- Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control.
- Experience in statistics and data modeling.
- Experience in cross-functional initiatives, and can identify and mitigate analytic / data risks.
- Superior written and oral communications skills.
Salary Range$79300 - $127000 / Salaried
