Job Summary:
Builds & maintains data pipelines to support advanced analytics for Micro fulfillment. Job Responsibilities:
- Develops new tools that processes, serves, and stores data to be used by other team members.
- Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data that helps generate insights and addresses reporting needs.
- Develops data pipelines and models that are scalable, repeatable and secure.
- Troubleshoots software and processes for data consistency and integrity and quality. Integrates data from a variety of sources, assuring that they adhere to data quality and accessibility standards.
- Interacts with internal and external peers and/or managers to exchange semi-complex information related to assigned activities.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand data requirements and automate processes.
- Performs statistical analysis to identify trends and support data-driven insights to assist with operational/system improvement
- Creates and maintains Power BI workspaces, datasets, reports, and dashboards.
- Provides technical leadership and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Develops project plans and coordinating with team members/stakeholders.
- Implements Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
- Utilizes Azure DevOps for project tracking and release management.
- Assists in the mentoring of a team of data professionals.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in dataengineering.
- Advanced knowledge of MSFT tools.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Proficient in Power BI development, dataflows, datasets and workspaces.
- Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, business partnersand leadership) and external (business community, clients and vendors) within a matrix organization to ensure quality standards for service.
- Experience analyzing data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to find solutions anddrive operational/systems improvement.
- Willing to travel up to/at least 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure application deployment.
- Experience in Azure technologies like Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks using Python or Scala, App Services, Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Event Grids and Logic App.
- Experience in building Azure DevOPS pipelines to enable CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with robotic process automation (RPA), especially within a pharmacy or fulfillment setting.
Salary Range: $88700 - $141800 / Salaried
