This position is responsible for the oversight, management and leadership of a Centralized Services Site Operations to ensure efficient and effective operations of all Retail Pharmacy U.S.A. centralized services supported by and reporting to the facility.

Job Responsibilities
- Leads the effective operation of a Centralized Services Operations.
- Partners with field leadership to drive progress on strategic priorities, to include cost to serve initiatives and improved service levels with high quality outcomes through Centralized Services Operations.
- Directs the efforts to ensure best in class service delivery and efficiency in alignment with Walgreens service and compliance goals.
- Advances the Centralized Services operations model through collaboration with Regulatory Affairs to serve the strategic interests of Retail Pharmacy U.S.A.
- Responsible for delivering the budget targets of the P&L.
- Conducts store visits to assess and ensure optimal support of Retail and Pharmacy Operations through
- Centralized Services.
- Reviews and directs continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production and quality, enhance attainment against internal and external performance metrics, identify and develop best practices to expand to other centralized sites.
- Develops and fosters a cohesive team culture across all centralized sites and business partners.
- Responsible for actively building a highly engaged workforce monitored and measured through annual surveys.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years experience OR a high school diploma/GED and at least 11 years of experience. The experience should be in managing either a centralized pharmacy facility, retail call center, retail district or area, or catalog sales fulfillment center.
- At least 3 years experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals.
- At least 3 years experience in identifying operational issues, recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
- At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
- Willing to travel up to/at least 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or MBA.

Salary Range$149300 - $254000 / Salaried
