Distribution
Without the work of our distribution center team members, we couldn't provide the products and services our customers and communities have come to expect in our stores. Our distribution facilities are some of the most productive in the industry, and the secret of our success is two-fold.
First, we designed new technology that simplifies and streamlines every distribution process. Second, we created a workspace that adapts to individuals' unique needs to encourage success, thereby broadening our workforce by extending opportunities to people with disabilities in our Windsor, CT and Anderson, SC locations, both with specialized workstations and other accommodations.
All individuals enjoy the same benefits and career potential. Delivering merchandise from our distribution center is no small feat, but with our state-of-the-art technology and diverse group of dedicated team members, we accomplish it every day.
