Job Summary :

The Ad Analytics and Measurement team under Walgreens Advertising Group oversees measurement and audience capabilities for supplier funded campaigns. The Associate Manager, Ad Analytics and Measurement, will focus on developing measurement plans for media activations that meet client objectives and build bespoke measurement reporting in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. This individual will also assist with audience capabilities to develop data-led audience recommendations for media activations.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develops learning agenda framework for WAG partners and help execute test and learn opportunities to further optimize and successfully measure media campaigns
  • Develop and executes measurement for specific campaigns, verticals, and across entire wag business to inform data driven storytelling and optimal plan development
  • Act as subject matter expert on measurement by providing consistent internal and external support on recommendations for effectively measuring campaigns
  • Contributes to the thought leadership of wag’s measurement and audience capabilities roadmap
  • Supports and participates in commercialization efforts of current audience and measurement capabilities and offering with leadership guidance
  • Identifies and leads evolution of current audience, measurement, reporting, and data visualization capabilities through feedback and data led opportunities
  • Builds relationships with WAG team members and contribute to efficient, effective ways of workings in day to day interactions and campaign execution
  • Elevate team culture through engagement, with a leadership role in planning and problem solving
  • Coaches new hires, senior analysts, and supplier partners to develop core skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree of at least two years of experience in marketing, analytics, promotions/pricing, insights, supplier collaboration, consumer research, category management and/or business analysis OR High School/GED + at least 4 years of experience in marketing, analytics, promotions/pricing, insights, supplier collaboration, consumer research, category management and/or business analysis
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as external partners
  • Experience pulling, analyzing, and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  • At least 1 year of experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
  • Experience in partnering with cross functional teams to reach common goals
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization
  • Experience with media measurement and reporting including a/b testing, sales lifts, MMM, and/or data visualization platforms
  • Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, analytics, promotions/pricing, insights, supplier collaboration, consumer research, category management and/or business analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience with analysis/insights using 1st party data
