Job Summary
Responsible for the strategy, setup, and management of the paid social channel with a multimillion-dollar budget.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develops online channel strategies and plans to support sales efforts throughout the years as well as during holiday and seasonal pushes. Defines channel strategy, ensuring that Social strategies are complementary, maximizing traffic and sales while minimizing costs. Sets strategy and oversees execution.
  • Works with existing teams to designs, implements, manages, and innovates paid social marketing programs focusing on driving customer acquisition and retention while optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Manages multimillion dollar paid social marketing budget, forecasting annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily goals. Ensures goals are achieved within set timeframe and budget.
  • Has a track record of driving change, analyzing and acting on data, setting strategies that have had material impact on the bottom line. He/she will have a strong technical background with the ability to create efficiency producing tools internally themselves or with the help of IT.
  • Develops actionable insights from financial data and analytics, A/B tests, and historical data.
  • Lead internal Social teams (direct people management responsibilities) along with managing agency day-to-day relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Works cross functionally to ensure support for key initiatives, key product launches, programming and seasonal initiatives. Works with design team to test landing pages, offers & social copy to determine the most effective/efficient designs for search campaigns.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends and introduces new ideas for improving performance, developing new partnerships, as necessary.
  • Reviews and analyzes reporting and analysis of metrics, identifies problems and trends. Communicates key performance trends, as necessary.
  • Manages teams indirectly across client and operational organizations (including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members of the team).

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of marketing experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the digital space.
  • Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Experience developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.
  • Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using consumer intelligence data to build marketing plans.
  • At least 5 years of experience with paid social (Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok)

Salary Range$83100 - $132900 / Salaried
