Responsible for the strategic development and management of new and existing initiatives that will help create efficiency and enhance existing processes within the Supply Chain business at Walgreens. Works closely with IT, supply chain business leads, and other dependent Walgreens teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Translates the larger sales goals and cost reduction targets into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap.
Develops and maintains the product and feature roadmap. Manages prioritization of features with business representatives and technology partners.
Proactively identifies and resolves issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
Works closely with the engineering team to refine detailed key product requirements.
Manages, mentors, and develops a team of Business Analysts or Associate Product Managers.
Implements growth strategy by coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver any necessary changes.
Measures and analyzes the impact of existing processes and capabilities. Identifies opportunities to innovate, improve, and provide operational efficiencies. Builds strong internal relationships with technology and business teams to drive collaboration.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of product management experience OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least at least five years of product management.
At least two years experience in Supply Chain or Retail Merchandising.
At least two years of experience in product/program management, business development, or management consulting.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience leading and/or collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
At least one year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership.

Salary Range$98900 - $158200 / Salaried
