Job Summary:
Responsible for performing data analytics and assisting with strategy development for Pharmacy business segment. Supports cross-functional strategy execution with data driven approach. Actively participates in the weekly Pharmacy pricing governance process, ensuring timely and consistent cross-functional preparation and capturing accurate meeting minutes and action items.

Responsible for performing data analytics and assisting with strategy development for Pharmacy business segment. Supports cross-functional strategy execution with data driven approach. Actively participates in the weekly Pharmacy pricing governance process, ensuring timely and consistent cross-functional preparation and capturing accurate meeting minutes and action items.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for Pharmacy business segment planning efforts (business and strategy development, business case creation, opportunity/market sizing, work stream execution, drafting executive-ready presentations).
- Supports the weekly Pharmacy pricing governance process to ensure deals are modeled, presented, and approved in a timely manner to meet client deadlines.
- Responsible for tracking, analysis, reporting, automation efforts, and recommendation of process improvements to support and enhance current pricing governance mechanisms.
- Analyzes data and sets of data so that you become accountable for the recommendations and results driven by that analysis.
- Communicates and collaborates with business partners (at all levels of the organization) in other functional areas, including finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales.
- Presents pricing governance recommendations to internal leadership on a regular basis.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics, OR high school diploma/GED and at least 3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Contracting, Finance, Account Management, or Pricing; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Knowledge and understanding of data, business metrics and operational processes.
- Strong critical thinking skills and experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Ability to project results, deal with ambiguity, solve problems, make decisions, see trends/patters within data sets, identify root causes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to present information to executives and leaders throughout the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines with a quality product.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
- Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
An employee in this position can expect a salary/hourly rate between $79,300 and $127,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan, if applicable.
