Provides leadership and guidance to steer best in class operations strategy through roadmap and milestone creation, working with cross functional stakeholders to report on the National Operations portfolio. Leads the planning and management of large programs/projects and teams under limited direction. Oversees governance, provides leadership for portfolio programs/projects and manages the implementation of process enhancements/advancements. Ensures successful execution of all aspects of National Operations programs. Leads team of project managers and vendors to execute against capital plan with best in class results in execution standards including impact on operations, capital budget and efficiencies.
- Provides leadership and guidance to steer best in class Retail and Consumer strategy through roadmap and milestone creation working with cross functional stakeholders to report on operations portfolio program/projects within the given time and budget and be able to measure impact and learn from launches.
- Facilitates communication between cross functional business groups within the organization. Interacts with senior management, directs reports, and peers to interpret information and improve cross- functional processes and programs. Builds and enhances key internal and external contacts.
- Ensures the development of innovative approaches, processes, and solutions that support department and division strategies. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Mentors, coaches, and develops employees through orientation, training, establishment of objectives, communication of policies and rules, and constructive discipline; builds morale and motivation.
- Advises and makes actionable recommendations to senior leadership and business groups on our end- to-end operations strategy and vision based on understanding customer, team member, and technology trends and needs. Uses interpersonal communication and presentation skills to present ideas effectively and strategically present ideas to senior level management and external stakeholders.
- Translates business requests into a prioritized list and make trade-off decisions.
- Resolves conflicts and influences others across different seniority levels.
- Contributes to and executes the strategy around the Retail and Consumer experience and what is important to the success of the business.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the operations experience of the business.
- May analyze long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies and decisions.
- Works with stakeholders, identifies any issues that may be found, and provides guidance for the best way forward.
- Manages operational plans and performance requirements for the specified area of responsibility.
- Leads and provides guidance and counsel in development of long term strategic plans involving strategy development, resource allocation, work plans and timelines and financial outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience with Retail and/or Pharmacy Management, project management and/or business process or High School/GED and at least 9 years of experience with Retail and/or Pharmacy Management, project management and/or business process.
- Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at various levels of the organization, such as peers, internal/external stakeholders, business partners, senior level managers.
- Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
- Experience working on cross-functional teams and indirectly managing teams across business units.
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizing animation and/or setting automatic slide timings).
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: adding developer tab, creating a macro, formatting table style, inserting comments and/or creating a mail merge).
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
- At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross- functional team leadership.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Salary Range: $122400 - $208200 / Salaried
