Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting strategies and programs focused on improving the team member experience to build an engaging, inclusive and collaborative environment. Supports programs that foster, maintain, and transform the work experience for team members. Supports the execution of engaging and innovative strategies to integrate new hires into the organization and their teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with the Dir, Culture & Team Member Experience to design and implementemployee programs to promote engagement, retention, and motivation (e.g., internships onboarding, recognition, exit survey strategies, etc.).
  • Designs, develops and supports the execution of Support Center onboarding activities (e.g., Day1 support center orientation facilitation, maintenance of content, Year 1 onboarding initiatives,etc.)
  • Designs, develops and executes logistics for employee experience measurement efforts (e.g.,focus groups, surveys, interviews, etc.).
  • Partners with field-focused employee experience team to support design, execution, materialcreation, etc. of field focused programs (e.g., store onboarding).
  • Supports corporate campus culture-related and employee experience events as needed.
  • Supports and executes benchmarking research and with other organizations on latest trends thatcontinue to bring innovative initiatives focused on employee experience.
  • Develops highly-engaging written and visual content, using standard authoring tools.
  • Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of employee experience content.
  • Consults directly with business managers and subject matter experts based on prioritized needsand follows up on the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with subject matter experts on employee experience events andactivities.
  • Plans and tracks employee experience projects to successful and timely completion

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree and at least 1 years of HR experience in an area such as Culture, Employee Experience or Organizational Development OR High School/ GED and at least 4 years of HR experience in an area such as Culture, Employee Experience or Organizational Development
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
  • Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources or organizational development.
  • Experience in building detailed experience journey maps.
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
  • Experience in retail/healthcare.
  • Facilitating working sessions with a variety of stakeholders to gather insight and perspective

Salary Range$79300 - $127000 / Salaried
